How to take care of your Levels Brand Apparel:

Turn garment inside-out. Machine wash cold. Use gentle cycle

If possible, avoid drying your screen printed garments in a dryer, as this type of drying can damage the screen printing. Instead, air dry the garment to retain the imprinting

To prevent shrinkage and maintain vibrancy, turn garment inside-out tumble dry on a low heat setting.

Do not iron printed or embroidered areas.
What is your Return Policy:
Exchanges and/or Store Credit is allowed within 7 days of receipt of purchase. ONLY if the garment has not been worn, washed, or damaged. To insure your return process moves smoothly please email a copy of the receipt, your contact number, and include the item information such as, the name, color, and size that you would like to exchange. Once we receive your package we will contact you to confirm exchange details and have your new exchanged item sent out to you. ***Please be advised shipping charges will apply.***
USA & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:
While, some orders are shipped same day if placed before 2:00pm EST. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days after processing. Preorder shipping time frames may vary based on shipping dates stated within the item's description and/or title. Please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive your package.You will receive tracking and order updates via email. Levels Brand is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the postal service, unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses. The shipping address the customer provides at the time of purchase is the address we will ship the package to.
I DON'T HAVE MY PACKAGE YET, IT'S STILL IN TRANSIT?
LEVELS BRAND cannot provide additional shipping information beyond what's provided through tracking numbers once it is in the carriers possession. Once an item is in transit, there is no action we can take to expedite the delivery process. If you believe the package to be lost or stolen, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.
PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I STILL HAVEN'T RECIEVED IT?
SOMETIMES CARRIERS INCORRECTLY SCAN PACKAGES THAT ARE STILL IN TRANSIT. THAT MEANS THAT YOUR PACKAGE COULD BE MARKED AS “DELIVERED” EVEN THOUGH IT’S STILL ON ITS WAY TO YOU. WE COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND THE FRUSTRATION! BUT YOUR PACKAGE IS LIKELY TO SHOW UP WITHIN 5-7 DAYS OF A FALSE SCAN

- Once a claim has been submitted and has a valid claim number, contact our customer support and they will assist you with a Refund or Replacement.
